Developer has paved over grass to make a driveway and taken over public sidewalk for a curb cut at the rear of 1401 1st St NW, (next to 83 O St NW) without approval of DDoT. Leaves less on-street parking, dangerous for students on foot; no hope for tree-box. Looks sloppy. City's curbstone discarded.
