Sharraxaadda

The landlord refuses to turn on the heat because it costs him money. I am a disabled American war veteran with cancer and I am getting very sick because of the lack of heat. My landlord told me to "Drop dead and move if I don't like it" I can not afford to do this and he knows it. He is a bully and anti-American. He is a slumlord. Please help. Thank you and God bless.
