Description
From Elm Street to Whalley on West Park Avenue, speeding is a problem. Traffic circles and speed bumps have been added to the south end of the street (from Elm to Edgewood) and seem to work well, but speeding is still an issue on the North end and is dangerous. This street is frequently used as a cut-through, and speed bumps would reduce not only the traffic but increase safety.

The NIMBYs who live on this street already made us take out bumps that had been installed. One of Paul Bass's friends complained and they were removed.
Plus, the bumps are total pain in the a** if you're on a bike because you have to ride so close to the curb that you can't avoid them without plowing through garbage.
