Thank you for your message. I contacted Captain Kraus yesterday afternoon on this issue. I will provide an update as soon as I know more.

I followed up with Captain Kraus this morning. He will follow up to make sure the vehicle is ticketed/stickered. By state law, they have to wait 48 hours to tow the vehicle unless it is posing an imminent danger like blocking a lane of traffic, etc. The officer who stickers the vehicle will make that determination.
