I reported this at 5pm. I got an update saying this vehicle had moved, but it is still there (same apot), across from 145 T St NW. I don't know how the officer missed it. It is parked for log periods of time (overnight and weekends) without DC tags or a guest permit (it does this very regularly) and takes up at least three spots.
