This "addition" cannot have proper zoning or have a proper building permit as it is bigger than the house, too close to the property line, no permits posted, no inspections or inspectors ever seen, construction stopped almost a year ago, the fence is an eyesore and attracts garbage, all hurting this struggling neighborhood. If not Zoning then Building Permit issues? I have seen nothing addressing this property on Click Fix so far.
