Boo. Chelsea needs to put more responsibility on business owners in the city. The problem is the fines are so small for an infraction like this that it is laughable. Your best bet is to pick up the trash yourself and/or speak with the business owner directly. I've done both in the past and it seems to make an impact.

Business ower has to be made accountable morally to keep his area clean

This business has been a multiple offender and from previous posts, city hall has only given them warnings if they promised not to do it again but it just keeps getting worse: from trash on the sidewalks to delivery trucks blocking the sidewalks to not clearing the sidewalks from the snowfall to their customers throwing trash and smashing bottles on my property AND my neighbors' homes

The business owners' have been spoken to and issued a warning regarding this sitation. If it continues they will be issued fines until it ceases.

Another warning? Seems like at this point tickets should be issued. This has been an ongoing for quite some time.

Yep, ONLY another warning. Next time that I have trash from their business I will pick it up and place it on their front steps to see how they like it when strangers trash your place.

The City has contacted the business owner to ask them to be more vigilant in their cleanup. The City is formulating a plan to encourage businesses to be more involved in cleaning their business premises. Your post has helped us in that endeavor.
