Thanks for the advice. Maybe you should come out and fix it instead of talking about it.

BWL workers were in my back yard working on the primary pole. They indicated my broken poles in the front yard were secondaries and it would be days....I asked why they couldn't redirect my line and the neighbors to the pole in the backyard. Maybe 10 feet further away and they said "good Idea" but don't have authority to do that. So everyone behind me connected to the pole in my backyard have power. This was a five minute fix and they were unable to do so. Unacceptable.
