Sent emails, left voicemails, called dozens of time, line usually busy or hangs up. Not sure how to get any help.

We are without power. We could not speak with someone in customer service nor leave our information is the system didnt recognize our phone number

I had the same problem. Their excuse was my phone number was not added into the system information. Ridiculous. I hope your power's on! I'm still waiting.
