I was stating that it seems odd that these investment properties dont get maintained at all, usually when someone invests their cash into something they want to at least maintain it so the value of the neighborhood and property dont go down. Are the owners lazy, not so smart or do they have other plans?

I wonder where the big blue tarp that was covering all the holes on the roof went, I hope it didnt fly into the river or nearby wildlife sanctuary. I wonder what Brenda Jones Barnes thinks, this is literally her front yard.

What I dont get is most of these landlords think of their properties as investments but then do nothing to help their investments grow. Its as if the city gives them incentive of some sort to keep the properties in bad shape(higher taxes?). Maybe its just they are lazy and not too smart, I just dont get it Dick. I do know if I owned the property in question I wouldnt let it sit all winter with holes in the damn roof! That makes me wonder where the old blue tarp covering the holes in the roof ended up, probably over in the wildlife sanctuary to the north.
