Used furniture has been put on the Front Porch again of 1165 Townsend Avenue. This house has issues like this all the time. The last time it ended up on the street. So now the landlord is using his porch to brighten up the neighborhood. It is a fire hazard. If there is an emergency the doors are blocked.
