Description
@ corner of Forest & Claremont ( on Claremont ) there is a deep obscured hole in sidewalk. Hole is obscured with dry weeds and has chunks of concrete in it. On 9/5/2020 I stepped unknowingly into hole, fell & sustained injury. I suffered a broken leg on the right and a serious ankle sprain on the left. OPD was at site after a call made to assist elderly & confused man who was lost & standing in the street waving his cane.
The man was taken home by OPD. I was seen & treated @ Kaiser ( leg cast & ankle splint. There was nothing marking the damaged portion of the sidewalk!
