The owner of the property has allowed homeless people to live in his backyard. For the past couple of years but lately the block has gone full of trash and abandon cars and also burn down in the middle of the night. And they have been snooping to see what vehicles are easy to break in and they start fighting at 2am and also doing mechanic work in the streets. Last night I had enough I saw two people tapping my truck to see if my alarms went off and it only send me a notification to my phone that something was around it and I soon I look out my window they took off and went straight into this property backyard. I am very upset and police are not doing nothing or the mayor
