Sharraxaadda

For the past few months there have been loud music, excessive yelling and cars driving way too fast through the small neighbor hood streets at night. The curfew is 10 on the weekends and 9 on the weekdays. Our property managers have given up doing anything about this and have asked for the community to instead report people. What good is reporting the people if no one will do anything about it? I live a block away from Valencia and i can hear their music and the yelling. last month i saw someone drive their car onto someone else lawn almost running a young girl over. Someone needs to do something.
