It seems that the people that live on the even numbered side of the street are penalized. Since the emergency rules are "no parking on the odd numbered side of the street." This is fine, if they plow the even numbered side the next day. That does not happen! We have to dig out our vehicles, including what the snow plows pile up next to our vehicles. The people who park on the odd side of the street already have their parking spots clean. "GOOD LUCK SENIORS"
