The Electrico manhole cover at the corner of Avenida A y Cl. 4 is not seated properly. HUNDREDS of times a day, as vehicles pass over it, it goes, CLUNK-CLUNK, CLUNK-CLUNK, CLUNK-CLUNK...on and on, day and night, night and day. The irritating noise is enough to make one insane. The electrical entity that has stewardship of this manhole cover needs to come fix it SOON...before we S-C-R-E-A-M.
