If the city is going to let the homeless camp all around the auditorium and in the newly landscaped park, the least they could do is go out and empty the trash cans regularly. Garbage and construction / tree debris is piling up around the parking lot and in the surrounding planter areas, and graffiti is rampant on the building. What's the city want to do with this building? It's showcased so beautifully with the Lake Merritt park improvements.
