As I write this I am looking at the graffiti. Closing this ticket was an error. The graffiti has not been cleaned. Additionally the perimeter fence was severely damaged in the last snow removal effort and the pedestrian crossing light was damaged (and removed). I will submit separate ticket on those items.

The graffiti and loitering at this school is endless; as soon as it is cleaned it comes right back. I only hope that a more long term solution, like to use it as a neighborhood hub for the Arts, takes hold and actually happens.
