This guy has family in our neighborhood from what I understand
He goes around tearing up the neighborhood bringing carts and garbage , he gets in peoples shed, tears up the vacant house in the neighborhood and gos to active park and gos thru the trash throwing it everywhere
We hate to see him doing this to the neighborhood what can be done about it . He is not sleeping in the open area behind the lakewood towncenter sign with a cart full of garbage and garbage all around him..
