You moved the traffic signal back from where it usually gets hit and that's fine but the angle of the louvers on the green light is not sufficiently blocking the view from circular ave. Good thing my wife yelled stop because I saw the greenlight and started to go at the wrong time. Just angle it a little bit more carefully and go take look from circular and you'll be in good shape
