Description
Loose and dangerous utility access cover in roadway for Water service that presents hazard for vehicles (especially Care Vans and school buses) and snow removal equipment and pedestrians. Needs to be secured ASAP and was caused by recent City DPU work in area of W. Junaluska and Glencove Lane.
