Westover Gardens Blvd needs to be repaved, not resurfaced, but repaved...it is the worst patch job since the city replaced a gas line. It's like driving on a washboard. Instead of spending needed monies towards roads in this neighborhood, the city planted unneeded trees in the medium strip?! Please have this reviewed immediately.
