1) Vehicles do not stop at the stop sign at the end of Water Street by the parking garage; they slide right through and ignore the crosswalk and people in it. 2) The city buses don't even slow down, much less stop, for anyone attempting to cross in the crosswalk. 3) A taxi is often parked on Broad Street in front of the crosswalk so vehicles traveling towards the parking garage cannot see pedestrians trying to cross the road.
