Mimms Funeral home owner reporting numerous large potholes on the side of the building, going all the way down 19th st. The holes are causing cars to become damaged. Citizen stated they have reported the issue several times, nothing has been done.

1/2/2014 - Richmond Roadway noted there was a large hole right outside of Mimms parking lot on the City street that needed patching - QPR Mix used to patch the hole this morning -
