I live across from a rental house where the tenants have not purchased the required trash service. The trash is piling up in bags next to the sidewalk and a filled trash can is located on the sidewalk impeding foot traffic. Not only is this an eyesore, it is also a health hazard attracting rodents and adding an unsightly aspect to our neighborhood. The landlord is unresponsive and the tenants seem to be ill informed as to why they need to acquire trash service. PLEASE HELP address is 59 wesley st. newnan, ga 30263
