The City of New Rochelle needs to take immediate action and get this homeless women some help and off the street. She appears to have severe mental illness and is a danger to herself and others while in this condition. My son and I tried to give her some food on Thanksgiving, but we could not even approach her due to her extremely agitated and disturbed state.
