  Good job reporting them. FYI- u can also legally remove them too. Many citizens who happen to see any type of advertising or even a place of business advertising signs, not just those shown in your photo & , they are illegally placed anywhere , they will remove them while they happen to drive & see one. They can be removed from the easements, sidewalk areas, right of ways, , medians, etc

  Thanks! Unsafe locations and some are too high on the utility pole for me & I have been removing some of the illegal ones when it is safe for me. Before a 311, I call the numbers on the signs to let them know the violation and consequences if they are left. Most are appreciative since they did not know. If they did not see some signs placed by others, they probably would not have chosen to have theirs placed.
