no more pictures, more action. been reported so many time, operating a full service appliance business and his business garbage in the street back yard front yard his house, he blocks off half the street daily to unload at the end of his driveway and leaves his truck across the street. my file and pictures are being submitted in a formally letter to the mayors office because code enforcement is not stopping and following up on this guy. 6 years behind in city and county taxes the value owed is not worth the property soon assessed sanitation fee $400 unpaid in Shelby assessor. who is this guy paying off or who does he know??? please fix this . i am fed up of coming home to traffic jams because his truck is blocking the street and hes no where to be found. and get the washing machine parts off the street out of the gutters please etc............................

i couldn't see when i posted the complaint, 9 years hasn't paid a penny for city taxes and has a 2014 SANI $0 $0.000000 8003559 $187.50 $199.69 $18.75 $405.94 charge from the same problem that has been on going there is the proof. Please Close down business and garbage .

Business violations in a residential area fall under the Shelby county code ordinance & violations ( report to 222-2300) . Their code inspectors would be the one to investigate ,cite & close the business.

Any street violations affecting traffic are also an MPD violation. Call 545-2677 the non emergency police number

the new pile starts AGAIN. blocking the road daily AGAIN. today is 8.28.2020 its been since 8.05.2020 =23 days of cleaning up after this guy. todays picture is of 796's truck left there for over 2 hours during the rain. the first of many bags to come left at curb undone on a Friday pick up is Wednesday the white pieces in the picture from the paint and porcelain clay sharp pieces from the 2 broken toilets.backyard in full operation, he has been informed of the code violations but continues on violating our street.

Yesterday I heard horns blasting from a white car because Mr.796 homer street decided to block the street when the neighbor across the street was parked in front of his house already completely blocking traffic both ways. No problem because No consequences. The follow ups by code are not frequent enough. My new question is what happens if they come and all looks good to code enforcement yet the business is still running inside the house or Mr.796 homer is laying low knowing code will close the case and move on to the next complaint does the process start again when he starts back back up working again? There is already a code violation from 2017. so is this strike 2 and how many strikes does it take to put him in front of a judge to permanently stop this harassment to his neighbors?
