The tree limb in question is hanging low. As it continues to descend, it will be in the way of large vehicles such as delivery trucks and school buses that drive on Gudel. It is just a matter of a short time before someone hits it with their vehicle and causes damage due to it hitting a windshield or from flying debris. I do not believe it can wait 7-9 years to be trimmed.
