Hello,

I am a resident of the oak park neighborhood on Kempton Avenue, 94611. There are basketball hoops at oak park and I have seen a HUGE increase in **unrelated** people playing basketball here.

No one is wearing masks.

They are not socially distant.

The word is spreading that oak park still has their hoops up. More and more people are coming here WITHOUT MASKS to play high contact group sports. I’ve seen daily practices and all night parties. These are not families, neighbors, or “pods”.

The CDC says basketball is a 10 out of 10 with 10 being the Highest risk of spreading covid. It’s a high-touch, in-your-face Contact sport.

No one is wearing masks.

Please **please** consider taking down the basketball hoops temporarily until we get covid under control in our City and county.
