11/18/2013 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with the sidewalk overgrowth was previously reported to Richmond Code Enforcement (20020922552) on 10/30/2013 so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Code Enforcement still has this property under observation. Because of time that may be involved with this request, updates or follow up can be conducted by dialing the Richmond Code at 804-646-6398 and referring to #20020922552
