As seen in photo, the man living at 200 E Holmes has not been properly cleaning up his leaves, but rather blowing/raking them onto the parkway/street all the way to stop sign at Jewell and Holmes. In all the 8+ years he's lived here, he's never ONCE cleaned up his leaves (aside from putting them in street) or been reprimanded for lack of doing so. A real nuisance and EYESORE. The sign stating "eat **** and die" is still visible, as well as all of his garbage and junk cars.
