This issue had been reviewed by the City's traffic engineer and meets the site-distance regulations. The owner is working with the City on obtaining an Encroachment Permit that will allow the fence to stay at its current location. Since the City is working with this property owner and staff has alrteady deemed this fence as compliance with site-distance regulations, this complaint is closed.
