Still a serious concern, is the city planning on addressing this??

Seems Dave Vincent, code compliance officer) who is assigned to our area just does not care to do his job. I have been reporting 2215 Westbury Road for over 6 years now with very little done by the city. Why do we pay them our tax dollars if they will do nothing about such people who make our city look ugly and obviously don't care. Seems the city would offer incentives for people to fix up their homes so we can beautify the city and make it a place people would want to move into seeing the people here care and take pride... What happened to the Spartan pride or was that a bunch of bull from just about everyone who lives in Lansing?

Thank you for reporting this we have a Premise Inspector go by and write up any violations he finds.

Please get these issued resolved, all this does is drive down the value of the property owners who take the time to care for their homes.

Nothing has changed...any updates to report?

Still no progress in our Tecumseh River Neighborhood on the abandon houses or people who could care less to take care of their homes. What will it take for the code compliance office to move forward? I called the Mayor's office twice and still nothing on either properties or any of the others in our neighborhood.

Here is what is looks like now at 2215 Westbury except the grass is over 3 feet tall and there are skunks now. I sent the Mayor's office this too.
