Carol, ideally you would not need spend extra time forwarding issues to BWL as they should be receiving and responding to issues directly. Maybe the BWL Watchers could chime in to let people know how they are integrating SeeClickFix into their work flow?
Thanks for the information. I agree that if these issues are being followed that putting a note on the report would be helpful. I always check that before forwarding the information on to my contact at BWL.
Would you be able to specify on what corner the light is out at? Is it on a wooden pole or is it a concrete pole? I drove through that intersection this morning and all the lights were on. Sometimes when the bulb is going bad the light will constantly come on (and stay lit for a while) and then go out. If thats the case it would be of benefit to tell the BWL the poles exact location. They have been quick to respond whenever I give them detailed info.

It appears that BWL actually has two Watchers established. Not sure what key words they are using or how close they are following SeeClickFix though.
