What is going to be done about the use of Hillside Avenue, Looney Avenue, and Mansell Parkway as an overflow parking lot for Salem Heights and other neighbouring multi-family streets? Overnight there are SEVEN cars off people who do not live down this street congesting it with their parking. Since Mansell Parkway was closed off to parking because the Gallows Hill Park maintenance, those who parked there are now using our streets. One night, police had to tow a vehicle because it's alarm was going off at 2am and no one was coming to deal with the noise. We don't pay a premium for these streets for it to be used as overflow parking.
