Why is this bothering you? Why do you call it 3 tree wells- is it based on the 3 areas of concrete slab space? Do you really feel "blocked"? With all of the concrete in the city this tree is really bothering you?! I am a proud Fan resident for almost 19 years and feel we should be happy our city and neighbors are taking care of our shared space. Focus- the city has much more important issues to spend their time and our money on- Really?!
I dont work for tje city, and its not my call, but This does not seem to be an issue related to the 8 priorities of MPACT. In fact, you could argue it's perfectly aligned with those initiatives to reduce urban decay.
This photo is an amazingly wounderful picture of what MPACT is attempting to accomplish within our City. WE need Trees, Healthy Trees, Well maintained Trees and the care to be given unto them after planting to ensure disease, blight, pedestrians and dogs do not affect their growth into Healthy stations of life.
Should one be parking so close to the corner, and thus blocking the perpendicular traffic's view of the intersection anyways?
