Being a republican I must admit its time for a change in the DPW commissioners office!! Being a life long resident of Saratoga I have never seen such a poor job managing the snow removal! Don't blame the DPW workers it is the disorganization of the man in charge Skippy "the dog catcher" Scirocco! To ad insult to injury its just a matter of time before he is back in front of the city council whining about the snow, and being over budget! When in reality this is a normal upstate NY winter that the department did not budget for! We all should remember this when voting this fall!!!! BYE, BYE PAL of VAL!!!!!!
