Description

There seems to be no reason for a traffic light at the Caroline/Circular Street intersection. A stop sign would work just fine, similar to the one down the street at Phila/Circular. When heading east/west, the red light is exceptionally long and often times there is no north/south traffic on Circular. It is a big waste of gas to just sit there.
