The patrons of Kingdom Hall use this facility almost daily. The practice has been to double park while waiting for the gate to open (only 28 allocated parking spots and on street parking, which leads to partial blocking of residential driveways, and slowing down or blocking 20th Street waiting for access to the limited off street parking. My concern is on Sunday, Wednesday and Saturday when the facility is heavily used. I believe this building is occupied by patrons, especially on Sunday (during any of the three services that take place). It's a building code violation and I suggest, for safety sake this gets investigated.
