Stop sign or crosswalk needed at parking lot entrance for walkers and drivers. Too many people stop anyways for pedestrians and also the locals run across the street to Safeway. Also there is an alley that locals use to walk through the block. I see many older people run across right there even though there is a stoplight 2 blocks down. please help. Well, no one cares because the area is ghetto.
