Description
Cars using 22nd as a cut through between Rhode Island and South Dakota need to be slowed down. It's too easy to get going fast coming down the hill there. This intersection is the only one in the area between Rhode Island Ave NE/South Dakota Ave NE/18th Street NE that doesn't have a four-way stop or a traffic light.
