Description
This property is empty and in foreclosure. The issue has been open for a year. The person who mowed this week broke down the fence to get access. He drove so fast that he raised a huge dust cloud, forcing me inside. He was driving with one hand, while he screamed at someone on his phone, and bumped into my fence. Previous mowers have come in a truck with a company name on it. This man had no identification, and was frankly scary . It’s bad enough that the property is not being maintained; now it is being destroyed. Please address this at once.

Good afternoon. Since this property hasn't official changed hands due to a court order of the title transferring in July, the bank has to rely on there investor to approve work orders to send to a vendor. I originally gave them a due date of June 21st, but at that time they were still waiting on a response from their investor who approved just a few days later. From the conversation I had with them today, it should now be completed by the 5th. Since the overgrowth is mainly along the perimeter of the rear yard, rather than simply the entire property, we prefer leaving the bank responsible for it's maintenance. To identify what they agreed to cut I have included some attachments of the perimeter of the property.
If the work isn't completed by the 5th we will then begin to fine.
