Seawall

During a recent storm, another large branch fell from this tree into the street. Cars slammed on their brakes, and luckily no one was hit. My husband pulled pieces of the branch into Seawall Park, and they await pickup. This is the second time in 6 months a large branch has fallen into the street. It is only a matter of time before a branch falls on a car, or worse, on a person. Once this tree fills out it becomes a favorite spot for folks to gather and seek relief from the sun. You can see multiple hangers in the photo. The most recent branch came down in 11 mph winds. Along the water, winds that high and higher are not unusual even on sunny days. If there are no plans to take down this tree, please put up signage warning people not to sit under the tree. Thank you

2020 ISSUE Bank owned property was mowed today but the person doing the job refused to address the over 12" weeds at the rear of the property. He said he "knows nothing." Last year the weeds grew to over 8 feet tall. Taller than the shed on the property. Please address this issue before last year repeats itself. Animals inhabiting this overgrown mess devastated my garden. Thank you

Trash NOT picked up at 235 and 229 Townsend Ave but picked up at 239 Townsend. Please send a truck back to collect trash at the houses they missed. Thank you.

LCI refuses to address this issue. Crew walked off the job before completely removing the tall weeds that Pauley assured me would be removed. He was immediately informed of the problem, dragged his feet responding and it is now over 2 months. When will this problem be addressed? I pay over $11,000 in taxes. Right now it appears they are wasted on LCI

Townsend Ave between Florence Ave and Parker Place. Recycling was not collected on this entire block Friday, July 26. Please send a truck early Monday morning to empty the recycling totes. The last time this happened there was a new driver who did not follow the regular route. When this occurs, the one way streets confuse the driver and this block is ignored. Thank you.

Yesterday, the Parks Dept emptied the trash barrels along the Seawall. (Thank you) Last evening, I noticed these two plastic barrels in the park. Not sure if Parks Dept left them behind or someone else dumped them there. The blue one has smelly garbage in the bottom of it. The other is empty. Please remove.

Some of the trash cans along the Seawall are overflowing. Please empty. Projected storms this week will blow the trash around the park. Thank you
