Thank you for looking into. As of Sunday garbage is still there. At a minimum renters should move to their garage or back yard so it is not visible to home owners on Arends Lane.

You are mistaken. The old couch and mattress is adjacent to home of 1788 Geary road, not 1772. The trash is openly visible to Arends Lane. The refuse has now been sitting there for 2 weeks. Many thanks for addressing to the correct address.

There has been no action, the mattress and couch is still there. Also note google maps has the house addresses flipped with 1772 which is the dark gold house. 1788 is the light yellow house with the garbage. The correct address is 1788. Has a notice been sent to house 1788?

Yes --- that is why there was a mix up originally with the address. Notice sent to correct address. I will check the property for compliance on Nov. 26th.
