Deskripsyon

The snow banks need to be cut back to the curbs in the down town area! The largest community event of the winter in Saratoga Springs "The ChowderFest" and DPW cant get there act together and clean up the snow banks!

Not only Broadway, at all street intersections. Some streets the snow banks are so high you need to get into the oncoming traffic lane to determine if anyone is coming.

I wonder if Saratoga DPW will offer to pay for the damaged rearview mirrors I saw destroyed on Phila St, most likely due to the cars parked too far into the street because the snow wasn't cleared too well, and then they were sideswiped by a large vehicle trying to get by...
