There have been several occasions when I've seen groups of people forced to walk in the street because the sidewalk at this location is narrow to the point that it does not permit two-way traffic.

There's nothing structurally wrong with the sidewalk, rather the business located here (they seem to do metal sculptures) stores all of it's products on the sidewalk and in the side parking lot.

I have no problem with art, and no problem with the business storing it's wares outside, but this is a PUBLIC sidewalk - not a private storage space for this business.

Does anyone know right off the bat which department this complaint should be directed to?

Storm drain at this location is blocked by mud and debris, causing the water to collect in a foot-deep pool (about 8 feet wide) every time it rains.

Crosswalk signal allowing pedestrians to cross Broadway is broken at this location. The signal to allow pedestrians to cross Congress St, along Broadway, is functional, but the two units to let persons cross Broadway itself never turn to a walk signal. Buttons were pushed on all four posts, and three full traffic rotations were completed before the group of people decided to just cross on their own.

Someone is going to get hit by a car at this location. When walking South on Broadway, it is almost impossible to see cars coming down Walton Street. To make it even worse, cars do not stop at the crosswalk. They keep going until they are completely through it, and usually past the stop sign, to the point where they'll be able to turn.

I've seen SEVERAL near misses here, and I've nearly been struck on a few occasions. These bushes are a nuisance, and need to come down.

Pot hole right in the traffic lane of Catherine St. Approximately a foot wide, and at least 6-8 inches deep. This will cause someone's car some damage if they drive right into it. Please take care of this.

320 Baltimore Ave Cumberland, MD 21502, USA - Cumberland

For a significant amount of time there have been dozens of crimes leading back to this address, on the corner of Bellevue St and Baltimore Ave. Assaults, Drugs, Thefts, Burglaries....etc. What more needs to be done? The police are obviously complete ineffective, as this is a recurring problem. I believe it's time for members of the public to take the matter into their own hands.

Snow is ridiculous on the sidewalks adjacent to this residence. Makes it impossible for elderly or disabled persons to walk, and forces them to walk in the street, which is narrow and dangerous. Should be rectified immediately, as homeowners have only 24 hours after snowfall to remove it from their sidewalks.

  • 15 Van Dam St Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, USA - Saratoga Springs

Cars coming from Van Dam St approach this red light and pull past the stop line, another 10 feet into the crosswalk, and even further into the intersection. The stop line is there for a reason, and someone is going to get injured while trying to cross this intersection.

It's bad enough to navigate through snow and ice along this section of sidewalk, as Forno Bistro's parking lot gets plowed right onto the sidewalk, but the cars in that parking lot pull right through the designated space and onto the sidewalk. There have been several times when we have had to detour completely into the middle of the parking lot just to WALK DOWN THE SIDEWALK. My fiance slipped there today and injured his knee, so we will be seeking action.
