Description

Would like to have the city grind a tree stump (located in front yard) of the large tree they cut down last year. Currently the street is scheduled to be repaved. Can the grinding be done before the repaving?

Q. Is the problem blight (trash, etc) outside, or is it a problem with the building (illegal use, housing code violation, etc)?
