city still spends over a billion on their cashcow homeless drug addicts with all the nonprofits making a ton of money and celebrating all of their b.s. charity withput solving one bit of the problem. meanwhile the bulk of us taxpayers are ignored. if 1 junkie camped at this intersection, there would be a candle light vigil and then , maybe they would talk about a stop sign. the machine of making money off of drug addiction roll son.
