Description

This issue was reported in early September and the City said they issued the property owner a Notice of Violation on or about 9-18-13 which said the property owner had until Oct 20, 2013 to bring the violation into compliance. From the date of that notice of violation until today (10-25-13, the tenants have continued to park in the front yard almost every day. See attached picture for reference, taken 10-25-13.
